Saturday mornings (especially in college) can be horrifically terrifying; the headaches, the anxiety, the starting your day at 2pm...

This Saturday, however, was much earlier, much smoother, much more mindful.

What? How? Why?

Well, because this Saturday, I set my alarm for 9:58am and hopped on a phone call!

The call was hosted by my friend Eva, and organized through C2-Care Redefined, an initiative run by Eva's wonderful mother. The brand is designed for women by women, aimed at providing weekly support and connection. Eva's specific call centered around turning a free-fall into flight, and included personal storytelling, meditations, and intentional pauses. It was a beautiful way to start the day, and I loved hearing all my best friends voices together on the line. Collectively, in our individual spaces, we were able to join together, listen deeply, set intentions, and express our gratitude.

The interactive community calls are hosted weekly, and is a beautiful way to find community, navigate challenges, and voice individual goals and experiences. Check them out here and start your Saturday morning off blissfully!

XO
